CANON C500 MARK II

The C500 Mark II is Canon’s latest cinema EOS camera to incorporate a full-frame sensor and a modular body making it the ideal camera for any production scenario.

It can record 5.9K RAW images internally as well as 4k XF-AVC compressed images all to CF Express Media.

Additional new features include dual pixel auto focus, user 3d LUTS, interchangeable lens mounts, and on-body XLR inputs.

Full-frame is referring to a century-old film/sensor size that is roughly 36x24mm. It is said to have a more natural field of view and bokeh compared to super-35 with dimensions of 24x18mm
